Glenn Withrow is a talented actor whom I feel is vastly underrated. To pay tribute to his memorable scene stealing characters, I have compiled a gallery of screencaps. He often looks very different in his roles, many people don't realise that Tim Shepard from 'The Outsiders' and Biff Wilcox from 'Rumble Fish' were played by the same actor!
